At Service360, we value your time and the efforts of our service providers. This Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations are handled for services booked through the Service360 mobile app or website.
Customers can cancel their booking anytime before confirmation without any charges.
Once a service provider has been assigned, the following rules apply:
Cancellation made more than 2 hours before the scheduled service time → ✅ Full refund or no cancellation charge.
Cancellation made within 2 hours of the scheduled time or after provider dispatch → ⚠️ Up to 30% cancellation fee may apply to compensate the provider’s time and travel.
Repeated cancellations may lead to account restrictions or suspension.
If a service provider cancels due to unforeseen reasons, customers will be:
Offered a free reschedule with another available provider, or
Eligible for a full refund if they choose to cancel the order.
If the service provider reaches the customer’s location and the customer is unreachable or unavailable, the booking will be marked as a No-Show.
In such cases:
The booking amount will not be refunded.
A revisit may be booked again at standard rates.
If the assigned provider fails to arrive or does not complete the job without valid reason:
The customer is eligible for a full refund or free rescheduling.
The provider may face penalties or suspension from the platform.
In case of emergencies such as medical issues, natural disasters, or other unavoidable circumstances, Service360 may waive cancellation charges on a case-by-case basis.
Customers must contact our support team and provide relevant details for review.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method (UPI, card, wallet, etc.).
Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment partner.
